Last updated: April 2026
You must accept these terms to use our services. Please read them carefully.
Table of Contents
1. Parties and Scope
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Holitera Turizm A.Ş. ('Holitera') and anyone ('User') using the www.holitera.com website and mobile app. Accessing the site or using our services means you accept these terms.
2. Description of Service
Holitera is a digital travel platform offering tour, hotel, flight ticket and transfer booking services. Booking confirmation, payment and delivery of travel documents are carried out by Holitera or its authorized partners.
3. Booking and Payment
Your booking request becomes final once payment is confirmed. Tour and hotel bookings may require a partial deposit. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before travel begins. Holitera reserves the right to cancel a booking in case of late payment.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation terms vary by product type: • Tour bookings: Cancel 30+ days before travel → 100% refund. 15–29 days → 50% refund. 14 days or less → no refund. • Hotel bookings: The free-cancellation deadline depends on the hotel's policy and is shown at the time of booking. • Flight tickets: Airline cancellation rules apply; Holitera's service fee is non-refundable. • Transfers: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the service.
5. User Obligations
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information, are responsible for account security, and must not use the platform for unlawful purposes. Fraudulent bookings, spam or malicious activity will result in permanent account closure.
6. Price and Content Changes
Holitera reserves the right to change prices and tour content without prior notice. Prices on confirmed bookings may only change due to mandatory tax increases or force majeure, and customers will be notified in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
Holitera is not liable for disruptions caused by natural disasters, strikes, war, epidemics or other force majeure events. Damages arising from defective services of third-party providers (hotels, airlines, transfer operators) are recoverable from the relevant provider.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from these terms fall under the jurisdiction of the Istanbul Consumer Arbitration Committees or courts. We recommend you first send complaints through the current channels on our Contact page; we aim to resolve them within 10 business days.
9. Changes
Holitera may change these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or site announcement. Last updated: April 2026.
